At Oudar, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped. We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping (3–7 business days), express shipping (1–3 business days), and international shipping (5–15 business days depending on destination).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred once the package reaches its destination country—these are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@oudar.fr with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
