At Oudar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with original tags still attached. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and personalized items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@oudar.fr with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive the return address and a return label (if applicable).
Items must be securely packaged, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Please retain your shipping receipt—we are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or misdelivered products.
